Kinosaki Onsen Awarded two stars by "Michelin Green Guide Japon"
"Michelin Green Guide Japon" (French edition) has been revised and published by France's leading manufacturer of tires, Michelin Tires. On February 18th the books went on sale in France and other French speaking areas. There are now 10,000 copies of these A5 size, 679 full color paged books in circulation.

Furthermore, "Michelin Green Guide" has been proudly known in its home country of France and all over the world as an influential tourism and guidebook for the past century.

In the current revision "Kinosaki Hot Spring" was awarded two stars as a "Place to visit on a side trip" and the view from Taishiyama, Kinosaki Hot Spring's ropeway summit, was awarded one star as a point of interest .

Izushi's town scape and soba, Eirakukan, Takeno bathing beach, and Kehi bathing beach also appear in the publication. In addition, a column introducing the "Konotori reintroduction efforts" is also published.
